The content of this site (texts, visuals, logo, code) belongs to STUDIO UNLMTD unless stated otherwise. Client work is shown with the agreement of the clients concerned; their names and marks remain theirs. Please ask before reusing anything.
All rights reserved. The design, the code, the motion and the texts of this site may not be reproduced, adapted or reused, in whole or in part, without written permission from STUDIO UNLMTD. The open-source components it relies on keep their own licences.
Audience measurement.
For every visitor, we count page views and the site a visit comes from. Only daily totals are recorded, in the European Union: no IP address, no identifier, no data about your device. Kept for 24 months.
With your consent, an open-source, cookieless analytics tool also records your visit: pages viewed, referring site, browser, device, country and a few actions (reading a project, getting in touch, booking a call, clicking through to a SIGNL source). The IP address is used to work out the country and is not stored. Hosting: United States, with a provider certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and bound by standard contractual clauses adapted to Swiss law.
Without your consent, this measurement does not happen. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time through “Consent settings” at the bottom of the page.
Cookies.
This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or social media scripts. The booking calendar sets a single technical cookie that remembers your language.
Hosting.
The site is served by a global network of data centres: each request is handled close to you. Security logs are kept for a short time in the United States, by a provider certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Contact form.
Your name, email and message reach us through an email delivery service based in the United States, certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and bound by standard contractual clauses. They are then kept in our mailbox, in France, for as long as the conversation lasts, and are used only to reply to you.

Booking a call.
Name, email, phone number and, if you wish, a subject. They are used to organise the call, send the confirmation and a reminder, and add the meeting to our calendar. Database: Ireland. Application and calendar: United States. Transfers rely on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. Kept for 12 months after the call, or deleted immediately on request.
Your rights.
You can see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact [at] studio-unlmtd [dot] com. You can also contact the FDPIC (the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner) or the authority in your country.
